Chameleon Themes logo you can position by your own choice to the left, right or in the middle. Adding Empty widget you will fill the space on the left side and logo will be moved to the left or in the middle.

Each of these categories, you can form in many ways. You can choose fullwidth with one or two sidebars to the left or to the right side. Overview of the posts you can choose in multiple columns from 1 to 6. Then you can set which sidebars you want to be shown for that category. You can also set number of posts per page and many other options.
